Dear Doctor,
I am currently in the early stages of pregnancy and have not yet been able to see a heartbeat on the ultrasound.
I have the following concerns:
1.
Morning sickness: I feel nauseous from the usual foods I eat, which has led to a reduced appetite and severe constipation.
Eating vegetables and fruits, as well as yogurt, has not been very effective.
I used to have a cup of coffee each day to help with regular bowel movements.
Is it safe to continue having one cup of coffee a day during pregnancy?
2.
I have been experiencing very minimal brownish discharge with some endocrine traces every two days.
When I visited the doctor, they performed an ultrasound and prescribed medication to support the pregnancy.
Is it normal to still have this discharge while taking the medication, or should I schedule a follow-up appointment?
