Scalp tingling and itching?

Yeh,
I have been experiencing a symptom for the past two years.
When the weather is colder, my body tends to feel colder as well.
When I exercise or drink hot soup and my body warms up from the inside, my scalp often becomes tingly and then very itchy, lasting about a minute each time.
What could be the cause of this? What treatment options are available?
