Recently, there have been elevated levels of triglycerides and fatty liver?

Recently, I'm not sure if it's due to my own excessive stress or if there's a real issue with my body, but I've been experiencing fatty diarrhea for four consecutive days.
I only found out today that it was fatty diarrhea because for the previous four days, my stools were watery and lighter in color than usual, appearing a pale yellow-brown.
I have already seen a doctor who prescribed me a bowel regulator, and today my stools have returned to a more formed shape, although they are still somewhat circular.
Additionally, I sometimes feel a dull discomfort in my upper right abdomen, but it's not painful.
A few days ago, I underwent a health check-up, including a urinalysis and blood tests, which showed elevated triglyceride levels.
Could this be related to the fatty diarrhea I've been experiencing? I also had an abdominal ultrasound, and both my liver and kidneys appeared normal.
I've been exercising more recently; will this situation improve?

L, steatorrhea refers to watery stools that have a layer of floating oil on top, commonly seen in patients with chronic pancreatitis.
A stool test would show a positive fat reaction.
If the above conditions are met, it should be classified as steatorrhea.
At 21 years old, it is more likely that you are experiencing intestinal dysbiosis or gastrointestinal dysfunction, which are related to lifestyle habits, emotions, and stress.
If there is no family history of cancer, I suspect you fall into this category.
