Hello, I previously asked a question about myopia?
I am currently experiencing a worsening of my myopia and have not been wearing glasses, which makes me quite anxious about my vision deteriorating rapidly.
About a month ago, my vision was 0.3 and 0.2, and after using a cycloplegic agent, I noticed a decline in my vision again after about seven days without using it.
I used a vision chart at home and it seems I have regressed further; my current vision appears to be around 0.2.
Could you please advise if I should continue using the cycloplegic agent? Should I apply it daily? Is there a need to particularly reduce my screen time while using the cycloplegic agent? I am currently studying almost all day, taking breaks of 10 minutes after every 45 minutes of reading.
Are there any "rehabilitation" methods you would recommend? Would looking at distant green trees, applying warm compresses to my eyes, and moving my eyeballs be beneficial? Does the effectiveness of the cycloplegic agent vary based on how I use it?

Warm compresses can help relieve fatigue, but they do not significantly affect your prescription.

Regarding dilating agents, their effects depend on the type and concentration, and generally, long-acting agents should not be used intermittently.
