Hello Doctor: I would like to ask about my chest.
When I play with friends, sometimes I might get lightly punched or poked in the chest, and afterward, I feel a sense of tightness and difficulty with breathing for a while.
Although the discomfort usually disappears after about a day, it’s concerning that even a slight impact causes this reaction.
Additionally, while my ribs are quite prominent, I am not considered too thin, as I am approximately 182 cm tall and weigh around 67 kg.
I have previously had an X-ray, and there didn’t seem to be any abnormalities in my thoracic cavity.
What could be the cause of these symptoms? Is this considered normal?
