Weight loss, loss of appetite, and pain around the navel?
Hello doctor, I have lost weight from 49 kg to 44 kg over the past two months without intentionally trying to lose weight.
My appetite has significantly decreased; I used to be able to eat a whole meal, but now I can only eat half.
Since April, my belly button area has felt hard, and I have been experiencing abdominal pain.
I easily feel fatigued, have difficulty falling asleep, and struggle to get up in the morning.
I go to bed at midnight and wake up at 6:30 AM for class, and when I get home, I am so tired that I sleep from 6 PM to 8 PM.
