Constipation issues?


Hello.
I have recently experienced a decrease in stool volume and unformed stools for almost two weeks.
I have since increased my intake of fruits, vegetables, and fluids, as well as enzymes, but the problem persists.
What could this condition be, and how can it be resolved?
