Which type of exercise is better?

All of the above exercises are good, but consistency is key.
Kegel exercises are discreet; others won't know you're doing them, and you can perform them anytime and anywhere.
Intercourse provides localized stimulation, which can also affect the hair follicles.
It's advisable not to shave pubic hair to avoid folliculitis; trimming with scissors is recommended instead.
Under normal circumstances, trimming is not necessary, but it doesn't have any downsides either.
It's up to your personal judgment.
