Hello, doctor.
Five years ago, I had a physical examination, and my blood test results showed no anemia.
However, recently I noticed that the inside of my lower eyelids looks pale and lacks color, although my lips and nails are quite pink.
I haven't experienced dizziness, and I've never fainted.
My menstrual flow is not excessive each month.
I have poor sleep quality and dream every night, never feeling fully rested.
Could this be related to my sleep? Is it possible to develop anemia now, even though I didn't have it before? Does pale eyelids always indicate anemia, or could it be a sign of bleeding somewhere in my body?
