Regarding my condition, I had a persistent cough for nearly eight months last year, underwent numerous tests, and lost about nine kilograms.
However, I couldn't determine the cause of my symptoms.
In December of last year, someone suggested that I take my CT scan images to National Taiwan University Hospital for evaluation.
After reviewing the images, the doctor noticed a shadow in a specific area and suspected that I might have something concerning, although it was not entirely clear.
I was then referred to the oncology department's lung cancer specialty clinic, where I received some psychological support in case it turned out to be serious.
Subsequently, I underwent additional tests.
After the initial scans at the Veterans General Hospital, I had tried some so-called alternative therapies, and I am unsure if they had any effect.
When the follow-up CT scan results from National Taiwan University came back, the doctor found them to be normal, which he said was unexpected.
He couldn't explain why, but he reassured me that I could temporarily relax about my condition.
I felt relieved and stopped worrying about it.
However, starting this year, my voice has become hoarse.
Since mid-April, I have gradually lost another three kilograms.
My appetite remains completely normal; I haven't eaten less or excessively.
Many of my friends have expressed concern about my health, and I am unsure what to do next.
