Left eyebrow hair loss?

I have noticed significant hair loss in the middle of my left eyebrow and below it.
Looking in the mirror, I was surprised to see that a lot of my left eyebrow has fallen out, while the right one is intact.
For a while, my eyebrows have been very itchy.
Upon closer inspection of the skin within the eyebrow area, I couldn't find anything unusual.
Recently, the skin around my eyebrows has been somewhat dry and very itchy.
I'm wondering if the hair loss in my left eyebrow is related to this.
I usually experience a lot of stress, and I am taking iron supplements due to adenomyosis.
I'm unsure why my eyebrow hair suddenly started falling out, and I'm worried it will continue to fall or that I may not be able to grow my eyebrows back in the future.
