My daily routine hasn't changed much, but I've noticed that I have worries every day about things that I used to not care about.
I'm not reminded of these situations or people through conversations with others; rather, I find myself subconsciously thinking about them and having discussions with myself.
I've also been consistently seeing a psychiatrist.
Why am I suddenly thinking about things I didn't care about before? What mental disorders could cause this?
