Severe diarrhea


Recently, I have been experiencing severe diarrhea, accompanied by intense cramping pain after each episode.
I have never had this problem before, and I haven't eaten anything too spicy or greasy lately.
On the day this occurred, I drank a cup of coffee, had cold noodles for lunch, and ate a bento box (tofu, braised pork, and braised egg) for dinner.
I also had three bowel movements that day.
