In addition to muscle tension, the moisture on the eye's surface can easily diminish, leading to discomfort, a sensation of foreign body presence, or a feeling of heaviness.
Occasionally, there may be intermittent blurriness, but these conditions generally improve with rest and do not affect the eye's structure or damage vision.
