Abnormal bowel movements for over a week with loose stools?


Hello doctor: For the past week, my stools have been loose and I haven't been able to have normal bowel movements.
Since it's summer vacation, I haven't been exercising and I don't like eating vegetables; I just sit and play on my phone after eating.
My stomach doesn't hurt, and I go to the bathroom once a day.
When I feel the urge to go, I usually pass some gas first, but the stools are still loose, sometimes just small pieces that are almost mushy.
Could this be caused by improper digestion?
