Hello, I am a patient with high myopia, with my left eye at -775 and my right eye at -675.
Recently, my retinal examination was normal.
I have been highly myopic since high school and am very concerned about retinal detachment.
I would like to ask the doctor which exercises are safe for me.

Your degree of myopia is not considered very severe, and the peripheral retina may not be significantly affected at times.
After examination, everything appears normal; if there is no thinning or holes, you can engage in normal activities without any issues.
High myopia can reduce the risk of retinal detachment if you pay attention to your activities and have regular check-ups, as early detection of thinning or holes can allow for preventive laser treatment.
High myopia does not necessarily lead to retinal detachment, for the reasons mentioned above.
