Postoperative hip joint care?


Dear Dr.
Wang,
Due to the use of steroids, I have developed avascular necrosis of both hip joints (I had a partial hip replacement on my right leg in January, and I will also have a partial hip replacement on my left leg in July).
I am very passionate about playing badminton and cycling (road biking).
I would like to ask you whether I can continue these two activities after surgery, and how long after the surgery I should wait before resuming these activities.
