Is it an endocrine disorder?


My period is usually due at the beginning of the month, but today is the 23rd and it still hasn't arrived.
I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative.
However, my skin has been getting worse with acne and blemishes all over my face.
I've also experienced sudden weight gain, and I've noticed some hair growth on my abdomen.
