Shoulder pain (is it tendonitis?)


Hello Doctor: After working for a while, I noticed some discomfort in my shoulder, which then turned into soreness and later became painful! The pain is so bad that I can't sleep well at night.
( ´▽` )ノ Lifting my arm causes pain in my shoulder, moving it backward also hurts, and rotating it is painful too.
The only movement that doesn't hurt is extending my arm straight forward; any other movement causes pain.
Which specialty should I see? Orthopedics? Rehabilitation? Neurosurgery? Thank you, Doctor ^_^ I feel like my arms and limbs are not my own.
