How to manage astigmatism?


I had astigmatism of 228 in my left eye, which later decreased to 175, but then returned to 200.
My right eye had astigmatism of 75, which increased to 150 in just half a month.
What methods can I use to reduce my astigmatism back to 100 or 75 degrees? I am not considering laser surgery.
