I have been experiencing this for over five years.
Sometimes at night while trying to sleep, I feel my heart beating, which makes me anxious about whether there is something wrong with me.

I do not have any other symptoms, such as dizziness or anything else.
During the day, when I am awake, I do not feel my heartbeat.
