The left testicle feels abnormal during a fever?
When experiencing a fever, I feel something unusual in my left testicle.
It doesn't hurt or feel sore; it just feels strange.
I don't notice much discomfort when sitting or standing.
I have a habit of sexual release 2 to 3 times a week.
Both testicles feel slightly soft to the touch, and I'm a bit afraid to squeeze them too hard.
There are no lumps upon examination, and I haven't received any notifications regarding this during school health checks.
Blood tests and X-rays during health examinations also showed no issues.
What could this be? What impact could testicular cancer or inflammation have? Additionally, the skin outside the testicles feels dry, and I have been applying some ointments, such as a small nurse's cream and herbal oil, including a few applications of medicated oil.
Could this have any effect?

Friend: Hello, testicular cancer is easy to diagnose.
For the skin of the scrotum, you can use some baby oil, moisturizing lotion, or petroleum jelly for care.
Additionally, for the perineal area, it is not recommended to use soap, body wash, or any cleaning products for hygiene.
The wiping products you mentioned are too irritating.
If there are any unclear points, feel free to ask again, and we can discuss and research further.

When experiencing unusual sensations in the left testicle during a fever, it is important to consider several factors that could be contributing to these feelings. The testicles are sensitive organs, and various conditions can lead to discomfort or unusual sensations, even in the absence of pain or swelling.
Firstly, it is essential to understand that fever can be a systemic response to infection or inflammation in the body. The sensations you are experiencing may be related to the fever itself, as the body’s inflammatory response can affect various systems, including the reproductive system. Infections, particularly those affecting the urinary tract or reproductive organs, can sometimes present with unusual sensations in the testicles. Conditions such as epididymitis (inflammation of the epididymis) or orchitis (inflammation of the testicle) could cause discomfort, even if they do not present with significant pain or swelling.
Regarding your concern about testicular cancer, it is crucial to note that testicular cancer typically presents with a lump or mass in the testicle, which you mentioned you do not have. Regular self-examinations are important, and if you notice any changes, such as lumps, swelling, or persistent discomfort, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional. The absence of any alarming findings during your health check and imaging studies is reassuring, but it does not completely rule out the possibility of other conditions.
The sensation of dryness on the skin surrounding the testicles could be related to several factors, including skin irritation or dermatitis. The use of topical products like "small nurse" ointment or herbal oils may provide temporary relief, but if the skin condition persists or worsens, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Over-the-counter topical treatments can sometimes cause irritation or allergic reactions, especially if they contain strong fragrances or irritants.
In terms of your sexual habits, engaging in sexual activity 2-3 times a week is generally considered normal for many individuals. However, if you notice that these activities exacerbate the unusual sensations in your testicle, it may be worth discussing with a healthcare provider. They can help determine if there is any underlying issue that needs to be addressed.
In summary, while the sensations you are experiencing in your left testicle during a fever may not indicate a serious condition, it is essential to monitor the situation closely. If the sensations persist, worsen, or are accompanied by other symptoms such as pain, swelling, or changes in urinary habits, it would be prudent to seek medical evaluation. A healthcare provider can perform a thorough examination, possibly including blood tests or imaging studies, to rule out any underlying conditions and provide appropriate treatment if necessary. Always prioritize your health and do not hesitate to reach out for professional advice when you have concerns about your body.
