Occasional abdominal pain?


For a while now, I've been experiencing occasional mild pain in my left abdomen and above my navel, but it lasts less than 10 minutes and then resolves.
There is no blood in my stool, no weight loss, and my appetite is good.
I do experience constipation, but I eat fried foods almost daily.
However, I exercise regularly.
