Abdominal bloating and nausea within two months after a miscarriage?


Hello, I had a faint positive line on a pregnancy test on December 3rd last year, and then I experienced a natural miscarriage on December 9th during my normal menstrual cycle.
My menstrual periods have been regular for the past two months (my cycle has always been around 36 days).
However, I have been experiencing unexplained abdominal bloating, pain, and nausea during these two months.
This week, the symptoms have been most severe, coinciding with the first day of my period, and I have also had a dull ache in my right lower back for the past two to three days.
Last month, I had a vaginal infection with an unusual odor, which has been treated, but now I am noticing a slight wetness without odor again.
I would like to know if these symptoms are related.
I really want to have a baby, and since I stopped using contraception in November of last year, I am worried about my fertility being affected.
