Testicular issues
Recently, when I was intimate with my girlfriend while sitting, everything felt normal during the erection, but after a while, my testicles started to hurt and the discomfort lasted for some time.
I also felt a sensation like my scrotum was being pulled when there was vibration in my body, and the vas deferens felt uncomfortable as well.
After it got better, I noticed that my scrotum felt positioned lower.
I consulted a doctor and mentioned that I felt pressure; after the examination, he said there were no abnormalities and that it would be fine after a while.
My friends have also experienced pain after feeling pressure.
I suspect that during the sitting process, a small amount of fluid might have been released, possibly due to pressure on the vas deferens leading to ejaculation.
How can I avoid this?

It sounds like there is no issue.
These types of problems are generally benign.
However, if you are truly uncomfortable, it is advisable to see a urologist for symptomatic treatment.

More Info
Testicular pain during intimacy can be a concerning issue, and it's important to understand the potential causes and solutions. Based on your description, it seems that you experience discomfort in your testicles and surrounding areas during or after sexual activity, particularly when sitting. This discomfort can be attributed to several factors, including pressure on the testicles, nerve sensitivity, or even vascular issues.
Possible Causes of Testicular Pain During Intimacy
1. Pressure and Compression: When sitting for extended periods during intimacy, the weight of the body can compress the testicles and surrounding structures, leading to discomfort. This is especially true if the position is not supportive or if there is excessive pressure on the groin area.
2. Nerve Sensitivity: The testicles are highly sensitive organs, and any pressure or irritation can trigger pain. This sensitivity can be exacerbated by prolonged pressure or certain positions during intimacy.
3. Ejaculatory Duct Issues: If you feel discomfort in the vas deferens (the duct that carries sperm from the testicles), it could be due to pressure on the duct during certain positions. This can lead to a sensation of pulling or discomfort in the testicles.
4. Referred Pain: Sometimes, pain in the testicles can be referred from other areas, such as the lower back or pelvis. This can occur due to muscle tension or nerve irritation.
5. Infection or Inflammation: While you mentioned that a doctor found no abnormalities, infections such as epididymitis or orchitis can cause pain. These conditions often come with other symptoms, such as swelling or redness.
6. Varicocele: This is a condition where veins within the scrotum become enlarged, similar to varicose veins. It can cause discomfort, especially during physical activity or prolonged sitting.
Solutions and Preventive Measures
1. Change Positions: Experiment with different positions that may alleviate pressure on the testicles. You might find that standing or lying down is more comfortable than sitting.
2. Supportive Underwear: Wearing supportive underwear can help reduce movement and provide comfort during intimacy. Look for styles that offer good support without being too tight.
3. Take Breaks: If you notice discomfort building up, take short breaks to relieve pressure. This can help prevent pain from becoming more intense.
4. Pelvic Floor Exercises: Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can improve support for the testicles and may help alleviate discomfort. Kegel exercises, which involve contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles, can be beneficial.
5. Consult a Specialist: If the pain persists or worsens, consider consulting a urologist. They can perform a more thorough examination and may recommend imaging studies if necessary.
6. Avoid Prolonged Pressure: Be mindful of how long you remain in a seated position during intimacy. If you feel discomfort, it’s important to adjust your position or take a break.
7. Hydration and Relaxation: Staying hydrated and practicing relaxation techniques can help reduce muscle tension, which may contribute to discomfort.
Conclusion
While it’s common for individuals to experience some discomfort during intimate activities, persistent or severe pain should not be ignored. It’s good that you have consulted a doctor, but if the issue continues, further evaluation may be necessary. Understanding your body and how it responds to different positions and pressures is key to finding comfort during intimacy. If you have any further concerns or if the pain becomes more severe, don’t hesitate to seek medical advice for a more comprehensive evaluation.
