Irregular menstruation?
If my boyfriend masturbated around 11 PM on February 26 and washed his hands with soap and facial cleanser, ensuring his penis was clean, then on February 27 at approximately 8:45 AM, he touched his penis after washing his hands with water.
Later, around 1 or 2 PM, he inserted his fingers into my vagina (having previously touched his penis).
I believe my hymen was intact (though I'm unsure if it had been broken due to other factors).
On March 2, he inserted his fingers again, and when he withdrew them, they were covered in bright red blood, which was a significant amount.
I'm uncertain if this was due to the hymen breaking or if it was my menstrual period (my cycle is irregular, but based on last month, it should be around this time).
After that, the bleeding was minimal; it started red and then turned a light brown color, with a small amount of blood clots, and eventually, the bleeding almost stopped, turning into light brown discharge, which was very scant (and by the morning of March 4, it had ceased).
What could this situation indicate? Would taking menstrual induction medication have any effect?

Irregular menstrual bleeding can be a source of concern for many individuals, especially when it occurs unexpectedly or is accompanied by other symptoms. In your case, the timeline of events you described raises several possibilities regarding the source of the bleeding.
Firstly, it is important to consider the possibility of menstrual bleeding. Given that your menstrual cycle is irregular, it is plausible that the bleeding you experienced on March 2 could be related to your menstrual cycle rather than any physical trauma. The fact that the bleeding started as bright red and then transitioned to a lighter brown color, along with the presence of small blood clots, is consistent with the normal progression of menstrual bleeding. Menstrual blood can vary in color and consistency, and it is not uncommon for it to start bright red and then darken as it oxidizes.
On the other hand, the act of inserting fingers into the vagina after touching the penis could potentially introduce bacteria, leading to irritation or minor trauma, especially if there was any roughness or if the vaginal mucosa was sensitive. If the bleeding was due to minor trauma, it would typically be accompanied by some discomfort or pain, which you did not mention. If the bleeding was significant and occurred after the insertion, it could indicate that there was some irritation or a small tear in the vaginal lining, but this is less likely if the bleeding was not accompanied by pain.
Another consideration is the status of the hymen. If you are concerned about whether the hymen was intact, it is worth noting that the hymen can stretch or tear due to various activities, including tampon use, sexual activity, or even vigorous exercise. However, the presence of blood does not necessarily indicate that the hymen has been broken, especially if the bleeding is light and resolves quickly.
Regarding the use of menstrual induction medications, these can affect your menstrual cycle and may lead to irregular bleeding patterns. If you have taken such medications, it could explain the unexpected bleeding. Hormonal fluctuations caused by these medications can lead to breakthrough bleeding or changes in the timing and flow of your menstrual cycle.
In summary, the bleeding you experienced could be attributed to several factors, including the onset of your menstrual cycle, minor trauma from finger insertion, or the effects of any medications you may have taken. If the bleeding continues, becomes heavier, or is accompanied by significant pain or other concerning symptoms, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation. They may perform a pelvic examination and possibly order tests to rule out any underlying conditions, such as infections or structural abnormalities.
In the meantime, it is essential to monitor your symptoms and maintain good hygiene practices. If you experience any unusual changes in your menstrual cycle or if you have concerns about your reproductive health, do not hesitate to seek medical advice. Regular check-ups with a healthcare provider can help address any issues and provide peace of mind regarding your menstrual health.
