Pain and discomfort in the left arm, leg, and neck?


I have been feeling persistent soreness in my left limbs, even without exertion.
I later realized that I seem to be unconsciously tensing my muscles, and only notice it when I consciously relax them.
I'm not sure if this is related to being left-handed.
I play volleyball, and I'm uncertain if that has any impact.
About three years ago, I started experiencing soreness in my left shoulder and neck, which later extended to my entire left arm, and now my left leg is also affected.
It feels sore even when I'm not exerting myself, and I'm unsure if this could be due to poor posture.
I visited a rehabilitation clinic, and they mentioned that my issues could be due to lack of sleep and muscle inflammation.
However, since this has been going on for a long time and is affecting my sleep, it seems to create a vicious cycle.
Should I see a doctor or is rehabilitation sufficient? Thank you!
