Dark acne spots on the face?


I would like to ask about some black spots that have appeared on my face recently.
They look similar to pimples but do not have any pus.
They also resemble comedones, but when I try to squeeze them, nothing comes out; they just feel hard and black.
I'm not sure what these are, and it seems like there are more and more of them on my face.
