Menstrual period is late?
I had a miscarriage once at 7 weeks.
I had a procedure on January 15, my menstrual period resumed on February 25, and I finished my period on March 3.
My second period started on March 27 and ended on April 3.
My third period ended on April 28, and I calculated my cycle to be around 32 days.
On May 21, I had unprotected intercourse, and today is June 2, but my period hasn't arrived.
It was supposed to come on the 30th, and I tested on the 31st but only saw one line.
Is there a chance I could be pregnant, or should I wait a few more days to test again?

What you need is not medical consultation but rather a refresher on sexual health knowledge.
For such inquiries, it is recommended to refer to the National Health Administration's "Sexual Well-being e-Learning" or the Obstetrics and Gynecology Society's "Consultation Guide for Adolescent Contraception" at http://goo.gl/dc6PfW.
Hello, the factors affecting the menstrual cycle or intermenstrual bleeding are numerous, including environment, lifestyle, stress, emotional instability, diet, age, uterine or cervical lesions, pregnancy, etc.
It is advisable to consult a gynecologist if your menstrual period is more than a week late to check for hormonal imbalances or other causes.
Thank you! Wishing you peace and health.

When it comes to a delayed period after a miscarriage, there are several factors to consider regarding the possibility of pregnancy and the need to wait before taking further action. Given your history of a miscarriage at 7 weeks, followed by a return to your menstrual cycle, it is understandable to have concerns about whether you might be pregnant again or if you should simply wait for your period to arrive.
Firstly, it is important to recognize that after a miscarriage, it can take some time for your menstrual cycle to regulate itself. The body undergoes various hormonal changes during and after a miscarriage, which can affect the timing and regularity of your periods. In your case, you mentioned that your cycles have been around 32 days, and your last period ended on May 5. If you had unprotected intercourse on May 21, you would expect your next period around May 30 or 31, depending on your cycle length.
Since you are now experiencing a delay, it is reasonable to consider the possibility of pregnancy. However, it is also important to note that stress, hormonal fluctuations, and changes in your routine can also contribute to a delayed period. Given that you have already taken a pregnancy test on June 1, which returned negative, it may be too early to definitively rule out pregnancy, especially if you are testing before your expected period date.
In general, urine pregnancy tests are most accurate when taken after a missed period, as this allows enough time for the hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) to build up in your system if you are pregnant. If you tested too early, it might not have detected the hormone yet, leading to a false negative. Therefore, it is advisable to wait a few more days and then retest, ideally using the first morning urine, which contains the highest concentration of hCG.
If your period does not arrive within a week of your expected date, or if you continue to have negative pregnancy tests but still suspect you might be pregnant, it would be wise to consult with a healthcare provider. They can perform a blood test, which is more sensitive than a urine test, and can also assess your overall reproductive health following your miscarriage.
In summary, while there is a possibility of pregnancy given your recent sexual activity, it is also possible that your body is still adjusting after your miscarriage. Waiting a few more days to retest or consulting with a healthcare provider if your period does not arrive can provide clarity and peace of mind. Remember, it is essential to take care of your emotional and physical health during this time, as both can significantly impact your menstrual cycle and overall well-being.
