Chest tightness, difficulty breathing?


I have occasionally experienced chest tightness and pain for a long time, sometimes on the left or right side, and at other times near the heart.
However, every time I undergo tests, the results show normal findings.
Recently, I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe for a short period.
