Hello, doctor.
Due to oral isotretinoin, I have developed many closed comedones on my nose.
I would like to know if washing my nose too vigorously or rubbing it too many times, causing the comedones to be removed, will leave scars? I am using my fingertip with some pressure to rub from top to bottom.
