Concerns about premature ejaculation?


Hello doctor, I have always had a habit of masturbation and I also exercise regularly, almost daily.
I usually masturbate once a day and can last quite a while.
Previously, when I felt close to ejaculation, I would pause for a moment, and then I could last longer again.
However, now it takes about 3 to 5 minutes before I feel the urge to ejaculate, and when I pause for about 10 seconds and continue, my penis becomes very sensitive and I feel a strong urge to ejaculate.
I recently started having sex with my girlfriend, and during our two encounters, after about 10 thrusts, I feel the urge to ejaculate.
If I pause and then continue, I still feel that sensitivity.
