Pimple on the glans?
I would like to ask the doctor, three weeks ago I was invited to a semi-nude establishment and engaged in manual stimulation without a condom.
The next day I experienced some itching, and a dermatologist told me it was eczema.
After treatment, it improved a bit, but I still occasionally have itching in the genital area.
However, this week I noticed two small red bumps on the glans.
Could this be an early sign of genital warts? I'm very worried that the other person's hands were not clean.

Hello: Eczema should be completely treated first; otherwise, it may frequently recur in the future.
The two red spots are likely inflamed as well, but it is recommended that you visit a urology department for a safer examination.
Thank you for your inquiry.

More Info
When it comes to red bumps on the glans (the head of the penis), there are several potential causes that one should consider. Based on your description, it seems you have experienced some itching and the appearance of red bumps after an encounter where protection was not used. This situation raises valid concerns about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and other dermatological conditions.
Firstly, the red bumps could be a result of several benign conditions. One possibility is a reaction to irritation or friction, especially if there was any vigorous activity during the encounter. This could lead to a condition known as contact dermatitis, which can manifest as red, itchy bumps. Another benign cause could be pearly penile papules, which are small, harmless bumps that are often mistaken for something more serious but are completely normal anatomical variations.
However, given your concern about potential STIs, it is crucial to consider other possibilities. Genital warts, caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), can present as small, red or flesh-colored bumps. They can appear weeks or even months after exposure, so it is important to monitor the situation. If the bumps are indeed warts, they may require treatment from a healthcare provider.
Another STI to consider is herpes, which can cause red bumps or blisters, often accompanied by itching or pain. If you notice any additional symptoms such as sores, flu-like symptoms, or if the bumps become painful, it would be wise to seek medical attention promptly.
In your case, since you have already consulted a dermatologist and received a diagnosis of eczema, it is possible that the red bumps are related to that condition, especially if you have a history of skin issues. Eczema can flare up in response to stress, irritation, or allergens, and it may require topical treatments to manage the symptoms effectively.
Given the complexity of your symptoms and the potential for STIs, I strongly recommend that you follow up with a healthcare provider who specializes in sexual health. They can perform the necessary examinations and tests to rule out any infections and provide you with appropriate treatment options. It is also advisable to avoid any sexual activity until you have a clear diagnosis to prevent potential transmission of infections.
In summary, while the red bumps on the glans could be due to non-infectious causes like irritation or eczema, the possibility of STIs such as genital warts or herpes should not be overlooked. Seeking professional medical advice is essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Remember, early intervention can lead to better outcomes, so do not hesitate to reach out to a healthcare provider.
