Doctor, I have a question.
I’ve been experiencing a feeling of tightness in my chest, which makes me want to take deep breaths, but I don't feel any pain.
This symptom started after I began exercising and also after I started drinking plum vinegar.
Could this symptom be caused by holding my breath while exercising? I no longer hold my breath, but the symptom persists.
Additionally, I have a habit of sleeping on my side, and occasionally I sleep on my stomach.
Could this also be related?
