Obesity. Occasional sharp pain just below the right breast?


Hello, doctor.
I am quite overweight, over 100 kilograms.
The fat just below my right breast is consistently a bit larger than the left side, and it feels soft to the touch.
Occasionally, I experience sharp pains a few times just below my right breast.
About five years ago, I had surgery for a chocolate cyst that weighed 6 kilograms.
After that, I managed to lose about 30 kilograms through diet control and exercise, but I eventually regained the weight.
A year and a half ago, I had blood tests done, and my liver function, kidney function, and blood sugar levels were all normal.
Could this issue be due to my weight? Is the area below my right breast where the liver is located? If I control my diet and exercise, can this problem improve? I do not feel fatigued or experience any other discomfort.
