This issue has been bothering me for many years.
Since I was young, I have noticed that when I wake up in the morning, there is a white, dried strip accumulating under my upper lip.
Sometimes I pick it off with my finger, or when I brush my teeth in the morning, I massage it with my toothbrush and then wipe it off with tissue.
