Hello, doctor! The day before yesterday, while playing volleyball, I hit the ball with my right wrist (where my fingers make a fist) due to poor control of my serve.

I applied ice afterward.
The next day, I noticed that whenever I let my hand hang down, I would start to feel pain in my wrist (without any redness or swelling).
