Seeing double images?


Hello Doctor: I am a student, and I have noticed that when I look at screens such as computers, smartphones, and televisions, I see double vision vertically.
This also happens with light sources that emit their own light, and it is more pronounced in my left eye, while my right eye is relatively better.
However, when I look with both eyes together, there is no issue with double vision, and I do not experience this when looking at distant objects.
I have myopia and astigmatism, and I underwent a fundus examination yesterday, which showed no problems.
My prescription is adequate as well.
Recently, I have been using my phone and computer for extended periods.
Could this be caused by eye fatigue? If not, what could be the reason? Thank you, Doctor.
