Hello, how can I improve thoughts of wanting to end my life? Although I have never engaged in self-harm, I constantly have thoughts of not knowing why I am alive and wanting to leave this world.
Despite having taken SSRIs for about two years and attempting therapy several times, I still feel that death might be a form of relief.
