My head feels very heavy?
About a month ago, I suddenly experienced a bout of dizziness (the spinning kind), but fortunately, I managed to hold on.
Following that, I felt lightheaded, with a heavy head and light legs.
It felt like my head was so heavy that I could faint if I became a bit disoriented, and during moments of anxiety, my head felt as heavy as a stone.
My balance has also deteriorated; when I walk, I feel like I could fall at any moment if I'm not focused.
Sometimes, I feel like I might faint if I lean forward.
My vision also seems different from before, and when I get out of bed, I no longer feel refreshed but rather a sense of heaviness in my head.
This feeling of insecurity has made me somewhat anxious.
Although I visited an ENT specialist and a neurologist (who performed a carotid ultrasound) and found nothing major, I was diagnosed with arrhythmia.
