Menstrual period is prolonged?


Hello Doctor, my menstrual cycle has been very irregular.
I used to have my period twice a month (at the beginning and end of the month).
I had an ultrasound before, and everything was fine.
However, since I traveled abroad in April, my period has changed to coming back a week after it ends, lasting about a week, sometimes almost 10 days.
The flow has always been very light, so I only use panty liners.
This cycle has continued until now, and since July 16, I still haven't stopped.
The flow is still light, just enough for a panty liner.
Since I am currently abroad, I would like to ask the doctor what methods I can use to stop it.
I am very worried it won't stop on its own! Can you also recommend any supplements for maintenance? Is it okay to take evening primrose oil? Thank you, Doctor!
