Hello, doctor.
I previously took ovulation medication for four months, and my menstrual cycle came around the same day each month.
I had my period for the next two months as well, but this month it hasn't arrived.
The doctor advised me to exercise more.
I do at least five minutes of gentle exercise every day.
I'm wondering if I will need to rely on medication to have my period from now on, or if my uterus is aging? The issue is that I'm only in my thirties.
How can I make my uterus healthier? How can I rejuvenate it? Should I take Si Wu Tang or Zhong Jiang Tang? I've been taking them, but my situation remains the same.
