Hello Doctor, over five years ago, I had a 10 cm ovarian cyst removed from my left ovary.
This year, I found out that I have a 6 cm cyst on my right ovary.
I would like to try to conceive naturally first (Fallopian tube examination: right tube is normal, left tube is blocked; AMH: 1.26, CA125: 71.33).
May I take Vitamin E (400 IU), resveratrol, and Coenzyme Q10 for maintenance? Thank you.
