Is this a symptom of pregnancy?
I think I might be one month pregnant because today I have a headache, body aches, and it hurts to swallow.
I didn't eat lunch but I'm not hungry, and I don't feel nauseous, although I feel a gag reflex when I see food.
Could you please tell me if this could indicate pregnancy? My last menstrual period started on February 7, and my second period started on March 13.
I'm not sure if I'm in a risky period.
I had genital contact with my boyfriend on March 22, but there was no ejaculation and no penetration.
On March 30, I also had genital contact with him, again without ejaculation and no penetration.
However, I'm worried about pre-ejaculate fluid possibly containing sperm.
What is the likelihood of pregnancy in this situation? What are the odds of becoming pregnant?

More Info
When considering the possibility of pregnancy based on the symptoms you've described, it's essential to understand the various factors that can influence the likelihood of conception. You mentioned experiencing headaches, body aches, and discomfort when swallowing, alongside a lack of appetite and a feeling of nausea when seeing food. While these symptoms can be associated with early pregnancy, they are also common in various other conditions, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), stress, or even viral infections.
To assess your risk of pregnancy, we need to look at your menstrual cycle and the timing of your sexual encounters. You noted that your last menstrual period started on February 7, and your next one began on March 13. This suggests that your cycle is approximately 26 days long, which is relatively regular. You had sexual contact with your boyfriend on March 22 and March 30, but you indicated that there was no ejaculation and no penetration.
It's important to note that while the risk of pregnancy from external genital contact (also known as "outercourse") is significantly lower than from penetrative intercourse, it is not entirely absent. Pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-cum) can contain sperm, and if it comes into contact with the vaginal area, there is a small chance of sperm entering the vagina and leading to pregnancy. However, the likelihood of this occurring in your situation is relatively low, especially given the timing of your menstrual cycle.
To further clarify, the fertile window in a typical menstrual cycle occurs around ovulation, which usually happens about 14 days before the start of your next period. In your case, if we assume a 26-day cycle, ovulation would likely occur around day 12 (approximately February 19). Since your sexual encounters occurred after this window, the chances of pregnancy are reduced.
Regarding your symptoms, while they could indicate pregnancy, they could also be attributed to other factors such as hormonal changes, stress, or illness. The best way to confirm whether you are pregnant is to take a home pregnancy test. These tests are most accurate when taken after a missed period, as they detect the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), which is produced after a fertilized egg implants in the uterus.
If you are still uncertain or if your symptoms persist, it would be advisable to consult with a healthcare provider. They can perform a blood test for pregnancy, which is more sensitive than a urine test, and can also help rule out other potential causes of your symptoms.
In summary, while there is a possibility of pregnancy based on your description, the likelihood appears to be low given the circumstances. Taking a home pregnancy test or consulting a healthcare professional would provide you with the most accurate information regarding your situation.
