Could this possibly be a case of genital warts?

Two days ago, I had sexual intercourse, which only involved oral sex.
This morning, I noticed two white, pimple-like bumps on my penis.
I'm unsure if they could be genital warts, and I can't tell if they were there before and I just didn't notice, or if they developed in the last two days.
I've attached two photo links for your assessment.
Thank you.

The photo is not clear enough; it is recommended to visit the outpatient clinic for consultation.

The appearance of white bumps on the penis can be concerning, especially after engaging in sexual activity. While I cannot view the images you've provided, I can offer some insights based on common medical knowledge regarding potential causes of such symptoms.

One possibility is that these white bumps could be genital warts, which are caused by certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). Genital warts typically appear as small, flesh-colored or white bumps and can sometimes resemble cauliflower. They can occur in clusters or as isolated lesions and may not always be painful or itchy. However, they can also be mistaken for other conditions, such as pearly penile papules, which are normal anatomical variations and not a sign of disease.

Another possibility is that these bumps could be sebaceous cysts or pearly penile papules. Sebaceous cysts are small, benign lumps that can occur when sebaceous glands become blocked. They are usually painless and can appear white or yellowish. Pearly penile papules are small, dome-shaped bumps that are typically found around the corona of the glans penis and are considered a normal variant of anatomy.

If the bumps are accompanied by symptoms such as itching, burning, or pain, or if they change in appearance, it is essential to seek medical attention. A healthcare provider, particularly a urologist or dermatologist, can perform a physical examination and may conduct tests to determine the exact nature of the bumps. They may also inquire about your sexual history, any other symptoms you may be experiencing, and any recent changes in your health.

In the meantime, it is advisable to avoid any further irritation to the area, such as squeezing or picking at the bumps, as this can lead to inflammation or infection. Maintaining good hygiene and using protection during sexual activity can help reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

If you are concerned about the possibility of genital warts or any other sexually transmitted infection, it is crucial to get tested. Many STIs can be asymptomatic, meaning you may not experience noticeable symptoms even if you are infected. Regular screenings and open communication with sexual partners about sexual health can help prevent the spread of infections.

In summary, while the white bumps on your penis could potentially be genital warts, they may also represent other benign conditions. A thorough evaluation by a healthcare professional is the best way to obtain an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment if necessary. Remember, early intervention can lead to better outcomes, so do not hesitate to seek medical advice.
