Weight loss and irregular bowel movements—should I seek medical attention?


Hello doctor, for the past month or two, my bowel movements have often been unformed, feeling somewhat sticky and loose.
After using the restroom, I don't feel completely relieved.
During my four years in college, my meal times were irregular, and I frequently experienced stomach growling and gas (either released or trapped in my intestines).
Recently, I've been eating more (all-you-can-eat), and I thought I might have gained weight, but I weighed myself yesterday and it was around 65 kg.
My weight during college was consistently around 68 kg.
The last time I weighed myself was a few months ago, but I can't be sure it was less than six months ago.
I'm a bit worried that there might be an issue with my health.
