I'm sorry, but my emotions have been noticeably unstable this past month compared to before.
Sometimes I'm happy, but I can easily fall into a low mood over just a few words.
I used to not cry much, but recently I find myself unable to stop crying once I start.
I often get caught up in thoughts about whether my existence in this world has any meaning, and I'm very afraid of not being needed by anyone.
I easily feel anxious just because my boyfriend hasn't checked in or has disappeared, even though he has repeatedly expressed his feelings for me.
Deep down, I trust him, but I can't seem to stop the chaotic thoughts.
Whenever I feel emotional, I have a strong urge to take deep breaths, as if there's pressure in my chest, and I often struggle to fall asleep at night even though I'm very tired.
Recently, I've also been experiencing dizziness and headaches.
Just yesterday, I felt an inexplicable surge of emotions because he forgot to mention something, which led to the need for deep breaths, dizziness, and a bit of trembling in my body.
