Is there pain when there is a coating on the tongue?
Hello doctor, I have recently noticed that there is a coating on both sides of my tongue and on the roof of my mouth.
There is also a crack in the middle of my tongue.
Sometimes, when I swallow saliva, it feels painful, and it also hurts when I use my tongue to remove fish bones while eating.
Occasionally, I feel like my speech has a slight whistle (could this be psychological?).
I do not smoke or drink alcohol, nor do I consume betel nut.
