I often experience shortness of breath, and sometimes I feel like my heart is beating very hard?

Last May, I experienced two episodes of orthostatic hypotension that caused me to faint.
I consulted a neurologist, and at that time, I underwent an MRI and wore a 24-hour Holter monitor.
The doctors concluded that there were no significant issues.
However, in the past few weeks, I have been experiencing shortness of breath even after climbing stairs, and I find myself more breathless after exercising compared to my friends.
