After following a ketogenic diet, there may be a decrease in menstrual flow?


I started gradually entering a ketogenic diet on July 13 (Monday).
My menstrual period was originally expected to start on July 30, but it came early on July 28 (two days early), which should be considered normal.
However, the menstrual blood is a dark brown color and the flow is very light, almost as if it is ending.
